Abstract
1. Introduction Brief description of the background to the project, its stated aims and objectives.
2. Project participation Data on the number of submissions made to Copy Edit Support (broken down into reviews, updates, protocols) as a percentage of the total number of new records in each issue of The Cochrane Library. Data on the number of Collaborative Review Groups that have used the service (from issue 2, 2003 to issue 4, 2004).
3. Time taken to copy edit The average amount of time that a Copy Edit Support copy editor spends working on a review and a protocol, as well as the range of times.
4. Feedback A summary of the feedback sent to Copy Edit Support from the Collaborative Review Groups, along with a summary of feedback received from members of the copy editing team. The purpose of presenting this feedback is to consider the extent to which the Collaborative Review Groups and the copy editors are satisfied/not satisfied with the project, whether or not they think that the project is useful, and whether they have any suggestions as to how it might be improved in the future.
