Abstract
Objectives:

1. To generate ideas to enhance the continued online learning and development of Cochrane review authors.

2. To discuss innovative approaches to assist with the continued upkeep and development of the Online Learning Modules (OLM).

Description:

In this workshop we will introduce a suite of new OLM for Cochrane Review authors. The workshop will then be run using the ‘World Cafe´ ’ technique, of small discussion groups run in parallel, focusing on specific questions. Participants will spend 15 minutes on each discussion topic before rotating to a new table with a new discussion topic. On each table we will provide resources to help facilitate the discussion, and document insights and ideas. Discussions will focus on: 1. What further teaching and learning content should be incorporated into the OLM? 2. How can sustainability of the OLM be achieved? 3. How can the OLM be enhanced to promote personal and professional development? Wherever possible, participants will be encouraged to prioritise their ideas, add to, and enhance the ideas discussed by others previously. At the end of the workshop we will hold a discussion allowing people to report back all the ideas and set goals for moving forward.
