Abstract
Objectives:
To provide details of Cochrane’s recently developed policy on avoiding, detecting and dealing with plagiarism, and to provide a forum for Cochrane Review Group staff to discuss editorial processes.
Description:
The workshop will be in three parts. Firstly presentations will be given on the main positions of Cochrane’s plagiarism policy, highlighting areas where CRGs may wish to consider adapting their practice. This will be followed by a practical demonstration of running a draft protocol and review through CrossCheck and interpreting results. Finally, time will be reserved for questions and discussion among presenters and participants.
