Abstract
Objectives: To prepare key staff and trainers for the RevMan Web rollout in 2017, and to verify or adjust plans to support the rollout.

Description: RevMan Web is the first major redesign of the RevMan software since 2008. RevMan Web will be browser-based, no longer requiring installation on a local computer; will better enable linked data projects to access specific pieces of review information; and will include a major overhaul of the user interface. The beta version of RevMan Web will be launched in April 2016, ahead of the first open access for users later in the year.

This workshop is designed to give trainers and others who support Cochrane authors to have a first look at RevMan Web ahead of the beta launch, and to have input into plans for a well-supported rollout of RevMan Web across Cochrane in 2017. The workshop will provide a hands-on practical introduction to RevMan Web (45 mins, participants should bring their own laptop, or can share with others), followed by facilitated small group discussions to review and improve initial plans to roll out RevMan Web to Review Groups and authors during 2017 (45 mins).
