Abstract
Objectives: To provide a forum for Cochrane Review Group (CRG) Managing Editors (MEs) and Assistant Managing Editors (AMEs) to discuss editorial processes and other related operational issues informally.

Description: The workshop has three parts. Firstly light-hearted awards will be handed out to recognize achievements by MEs and their groups. The second part will follow the format of a pub quiz and will have participants competing in teams to answer questions on the systems and processes to produce Cochrane Reviews in a fun atmosphere. Teams will answer questions on topics such as Archie, RevMan, 'Summary of findings' and diagnostic test accuracy (DTA) processes. We will include several controversial questions that will be discussed in more detail for better understanding of the processes involved with the aim of enriching knowledge and understanding. The third part with no pre-set agenda and will be set by the MEs themselves on the day. This will enable discussion and participation across the group and also allow for any issues or questions relating to the ME/AME roles and to any aspect of the editorial process to be discussed. Participants will have an opportunity for to ‘post’ questions in advance of the workshop. in addition, we will follow up on any issues that arose in the ME meeting held at the beginning of the Colloquium.
