Abstract
Background: Despite clinical guidelines, mandatory vaccinations and efforts of French health authorities, vaccination is affected by parental reluctance and trust concerning vaccination.

Objectives: The aim of the study is to evaluate the knowledge and attitudes of mothers during postpartum periods about immunisation.

Methods: Cross-sectional survey (fifteen questions) of mothers in postpartum period through a self-administered survey (3 months during 2016) in a French maternity of university hospital (4000 births per year).
