Abstract
"Background
Evidence production by 3ie has increased in recent years. Although evidence production has improved in the last decade, the use of evidence has not gone far enough. The reason is the gap between evidence and school practices. An evidence use process model is needed that is adapted to the actual situation at the school site.

Objectives
The aim of this study is to develop the process model for the use of evidence in schools.

Methods
First, one model was conducted by meta-review synthesis analysis of several models of practice. Second, the models were elaborated through interviews with leading schools. Finally, the effectiveness of the models is tested through action research.

Results
The model could be built with a focus on school culture. This is the Success Seven Step(3S)model.The 3S model is for on embedding a culture of research and evidence informed practice in schools. The 3S are the five typical steps of Evidence Based Practice that medical nurses work on individually (“clarification of questions,” “obtaining information,” “examination of information,” “application,” and “evaluation”) plus Step 0 (exploration) and Step 6(establish).Using these steps will help us and your school's team to clarify that which step is being and where should we change.

Conclusions
The study developed a new school evidence use process model by reviewing and integrating from multiple practice models from previous research. The model was refined through interviews and action research. As a result, the model was developed to enhance its effectiveness in schools. In the future, the model will be empirically enhanced by conducting action research in multiple cultures."
