Abstract
Background: To retrieve, analyze, and summarize the relevant evidence of exercise rehabilitation of patients with heart valve disease undergoing interventional therapy, so as to provide evidence for Sports rehabilitation program of patients with heart valve disease undergoing interventional therapy.
Objective: To construct an evidence-based and scientific exercise rehabilitation program for patients with heart valve disease after interventional therapy. Help nurses update the knowledge of exercise rehabilitation and related working methods of patients with heart valve diseases after interventional therapy; Promote the transformation of sports rehabilitation nursing knowledge into clinic; So as to help scientifically and effectively make clinical nursing decisions for patients with heart valve diseases undergoing interventional therapy.
Methods:We performed a search in the databases of British Medical Journal (BMJ) Best Practice,UpToDate, Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Evidence-based Health Care Center Library, Cochrane Library, PubMed, China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM),China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Knowledge Data Service Platform, and others, according to the evidence pyramid model.We retrieved all evidence on sports rehabilitation program of patients with heart valve disease undergoing interventional therapy,including clinical decision-making, expert consensus, guidelines, systematic reviews, and summary of evidence. The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to September 2023. The literature evaluation standard and evidence grading system of JBI Evidence-based Health Care Center were used to evaluate the quality of the literature, and to classify the extracted evidence.
Results: A total of 12 articles were included in this study, comprising 1 guidelines, 4 systematic reviews, 5 evidence summaries, and 2 expert consensus.This article summarizes the 16 best evidences from 6 aspects: health education, assessment, preoperative rehabilitation, postoperative intensive care unit rehabilitation, exercise rehabilitation in general ward after operation, rehabilitation team.
Conclusions: The evidence of exercise rehabilitation of patients with heart valve disease undergoing interventional therapy provides an evidence-based reference for ensuring the safety of exercise for patients, and guides patients with heart valve disease undergoing interventional therapy and medical staff by applying the best available evidence.
