To provide support to Managing Editors and Asst Managing Editors in their role and to identify any training needs and support requirements.

Description:

This workshop will cover a variety of editorial issues that relate to the role of the Managing Editor. These will include the following subjects:

• What’s new in Archie?

• Workflows – templates and task emails

• Copy edit procedures and checklists

• ME training – both ongoing and new requirements

• Plagiarism.
