Abstract
Background: There are often many shortage place in clinical research. While we perform Systematic Review, we would find some design is improper, some data processing have problems, some efficiency of statistical test is still not enough, as well as some report is not standard. The Systematic Review should makes the corresponding guidance and recommendations based on these problems.

Objectives: Through the evidence-based research of Hyperthermia for tumor, this paper discusses how to use the method of Systematic Review to guide clinical research.

Methods: Through the production process of systematic review for the tumor Hyperthermia, we discuss in detail how to use systematic review to guide clinical research. We performed the information extraction and the overall data preparation, and the process of statistical analysis. We analysis and synthesize the clinical trials exhaustive in our research of systematic review, and then we make the conclusion.

Results: At present, we have completed the evidence-based research of Hyperthermia for lung cancer, esophageal cancer, stomach cancer and liver cancer, through the production of systematic review and the analysis of relevant RCT, many of the clinical research deficiency were found out, for example, we find out the missing of reported, the insufficient of statistics test efficiency, and the loopholes in methodology. Finally, we integrated our research results, and then we put forward our guidance and recommendations for the later related clinical research.

Conclusions: The systematic review should not only guide clinical practice by analysis and synthesize the included studies, but also should put forward the direction guidance and recommendations for the future clinical study, which will bring out the whole function of the systematic review. There is a lot to perfect the application of systematic review to guide clinical research and practice, and we hope there will be more related research.
