Abstract
Objectives:
The objective of Wiley's publicity strategy is to raise the profile of The Cochrane Library through the media, with the aim of increasing usage.
Methods:
Each quarter we select a number of new and updated reviews for publicity activity.
Results:
Usage of The Cochrane Library on Wiley InterScience has increased month on month. A portion of this successful usage development is a result of Wiley's publicity strategy.
Conclusions:
Media coverage of Cochrane reviews and updates has helped to raise the profile of The Cochrane Library in both the professional and consumer media.
